The golden hour glow of Autumn sun casts the best honey-like lighting for these “Fall in Florida” looks! Well, I guess we tried to pile as much of the season we could into the shoot, with dark bohemian makeup and plenty of seasonal colors in the jewels. Chunky gemstones, mystic crystals and plenty of sparkle speak to a wanderlust-type aesthetic, mixing both media and texture…. Hints of gypsy shine through in the form of citrine and amethyst stones, flowing feathers and a dreamcatcher pendant. You can catch the tutorial on the dreamcatcher necklaces on my other post here!
I don’t think you can beat the background mural art of Downtown St. Pete, Florida – always a solid shoot locale. One of my go-to spots! I added some sunny and starry doodle edits to mimic the beautiful wall murals…. it seems a new mural pops up every week or so on Central Avenue!
As for Fall favorites, I have been loving tonal color combinations recently, especially with gemstones. Mix stones with similar colors but different textures or finishes to create an ultra-chic story! My personal go-to has been brown jasper, tiger’s eye, red aventurine and garnet…
Taking that same wanderer mood far out to the cosmos, starburst sparkles blend perfectly with interstellar spikes and sunset shadows, coming together to create a totally glam galaxy –even if only existent in a daydream….
